Mission: To improve oral and dental health. Context: We are a small team and extend our expertise as required with partners in social sciences, statistics and nutrition.

Background: Our company was founded in 2013 by Cynthia Pine CBE who is the Managing Director. Cynthia Pine is a UK General Dental Council (GDC) registered dentist, on the GDC Specialist List in Dental Public Health. She has a distinguished career in clinical and academic dentistry and is Emerita Professor at Queen Mary University of London. Cynthia Pine was the first woman in the UK to be appointed Dean of a Dental School (2003-08; University of Liverpool). She became Dean of Health and Pro-Vice Chancellor, University of Salford (2008-2012). She was Director of the WHO Collaborating Centre for Research in Oral Health of Deprived Communities. Cynthia Pine has been recognised by a Special Merit Award for Outstanding Achievement in Community Dentistry - International by the American Association of Public Health Dentistry; appointed CBE by the Queen, For Services to Dentistry; appointed FRSA; elected to Honorary Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (England); awarded by the National Health Service, NHS, National Clinical Excellence Awards; made Fellow of the City & Guilds Institute, London, Fellowship (FCGI) is the highest honour conferred by the Council "to recognise outstanding professional and personal achievement". In 2015, Cynthia Pine was awarded the ORCA Prize by the European Association of Dental Research, "in recognition of outstanding contributions to the field of dental caries research"; and in 2018, awarded the International Association of Dental Research, IADR E.W. Borrow Memorial Award for "the originality of her contributions and record of achievement in the field of oral health promotion and on the significance of research carried out on the oral health of children".

Programmes undertaken for: public health bodies, universities, charities and multi-national oral care companies: Health Education England, Queen's University Belfast, universities in Australia and the Middle East; Colgate-Palmolive, Unilever and GSK; C3 Collaborating for Health.
